Megan is amazing! Best balayage I’ve ever had – Megan was really thoughtful, I love my new hair, the color is perfect and she cut my hair just the way I wanted it. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable!
Love the curls Meghan did today. The atmosphere in the salon was great and Megan made me feel right at home. Even gave me tips on how to grow curly hair for the next few days. Definitely coming again!
Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, my partner and I went to the A&E. Got an apologetic call saying I’ll be rebooking when I get home in a few days. Called back asking if he could get a partial refund for the new appointment (apparently not the full one) and was abruptly told to speak to Treatwell, not them. When I did this, Treatwell was instructed not to give me any refund. Disappointing customer service, I guess they would rather lose repeat customers than show a little flexibility or understanding.
