I find it absolutely ridiculous and pathetic that every time I try to make an appointment I’m told I’ll call back that day or that I’ll call back trying to arrange something that day, you’re already booked! ! ! ! Unprofessional at best, they should have pulled it together, believe me, I won’t be trying them again, it’s not even worth my effort, maybe they just have favorite customers booking them! ! ! ! I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was a last resort
