I have had very good experiences here. I embroidered some shirts for the shop and they look really good. About $15 per shirt, and since I had more than one shirt ready, they waived the setup fee. I sent them a vector file so they had no trouble getting the file ready to sew. I left it out for a day or so and it was ready to collect when I got back. I recommend them.
I highly recommend using it. Very busy and professional. I’ve read other reviews that they couldn’t drop everything to make a shirt for me in my day and age. If you’re realistic about your expectations, I highly recommend using them. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. thank you very much!
I’m giving away some hats and sweatshirts to embroider in late summer. It’s almost Christmas and I can’t get in touch with anyone who works there. I parked there in the afternoon and early evening and no one was ever there. I’ve asked the people with their phone accessories next to him if they’ve seen him, and I always get the same answer, “didn’t see anyone there”. To make matters worse, the mobile number they were using appeared to be disconnected. I couldn’t get through to the phone and didn’t get a text message back. It has been like this for months. This is the worst deal I have ever dealt with and I advise everyone to stay away!
