Since moving in, I am very satisfied with my unit and management. I requested some tickets and the response was prompt and efficient. The location is great as I can walk to my daily chores and necessities and it’s very close to the North/South and East/West freeways. There are also several parks and excellent restaurants in the area. My unit has a super view of San Diego. This building is really cool. The management is very well done and the location of the building is very convenient.
This is not a review of the management company. However, potential tenants are reminded that the restaurant on the ground floor will spray fumes into some units. This happens six days a week from late afternoon to evening.
