I contacted them to confirm date and time frame. I arrived on time and was asked to come back in three hours because they were doing someone else’s hair. When I got back, they had it ready for me, but the price they discussed didn’t match what I was told when I sat in their chair. I’m sure they did a great job, but the poor communication really put me off and I left frustrated. Giving them 2 stars because they are great on the phone and their Instagram works great, but when I noticed their inconsistencies, things went sour.
I made an appointment 1 week ago. I was called to confirm my appointment, arrived at the store and had my hair braided the way I wanted it (fed in an ear of corn). Yes. The two ladies I met, Ms Sydney and Ms Lydia, were very polite – will definitely be back
