I came here shopping for a prom dress an I loved how welcoming and sweet the owner was. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed (unlike other dress stores I shopped at). Her opinions were very honest and she is all around just a sweet lady. There is a wide variety of beautiful dresses long and short. I left with a beautiful dress and I definitely recommend shopping with her, especially if you have nothing particular in mind.
Let me start off my saying the customer service was outstanding! My daughter decided at the last minute she wanted to attend an formal dance. We came into the store an hour and half before closing. The store owner had so much patience with my daughter. I had gave up hope but she ensured us she was going to find us a dress. The prices in the store are very affordable. It definitely can be a one stop shop because she carry dresses, shoes and jewelry. She also has formal wear for little girls and boys! You really have to stop by and see it for yourself. I definitely will be back again!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience that I simple had to. Went to 10 different stores to find my daughter a homecoming dress. Stumbled across this store in the mall. Ms B and Olivia were wonderful. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Helped my daughter with her dress, went the extra mile to help her find the perfect dress!! I love this place! I traveled all the way to Mobile and then to Hattiesburg only to come back home and find my Bridesmaids gowns and shoes. It’s a little Crowded because they have a lot of stuff. But the staff is really helpful in finding you what you need. The lady working spend a whole hour with my daughter until she was satisfied They have a wide selection of closeout gowns that at a really good price, some have slight issues but they special order gowns and get them in in 1 week and they have a lot of new styles that you can buy the same day. Today I had the most wonderful dress shopping experience. The sales lady was so helpful in pulling ideas and asking questions about what I wanted and needed. She found me the perfect gown I felt gorgeous in and it suited the needs I had for the event. I’m so happy I came here!
I didn’t know if this place and I was about to give up on dress shopping for the day. As I was walking out of the mall I stopped in and looked around. The woman working there was quick to ask if I needed anything. As I was looking around I spotted the most beautiful dress, tried it on and fell in love!!!! She was super helpful with getting layaway set up and helping me with my wedding dress!! Highly recommend stopping in and finding a beautiful dress !!!
