I really wanted to get my seats shampooed, but when I went here on 6/25/22 the sign indicated they were only washing the exterior of the vehicles. when it was my turn the attendant confirmed that they were no longer doing any detailing or interior cleaning so I paid for their highest level of service including the tire shine ($25.) I went through the tunnel and my truck was dried with towels by a second attendant. The truck was cleaned, but the tires have not received any treatment and are just as dull as before I went in. I don’t think I will bother going back to this place, but the staff was very thorough and nice.
I’ve been using this place for something around 5 yrs doing detail service like 2-3 times per year and weekly washing my car at early bird special, nothing wrong, friendly staff and detail service at very reasonable price for what they usually gave me as service. But looks like the company changed ownership couple months ago. So they REFUSED my detail service appt saying the management requested to stop detailing with no further notice????? My brother-in-law has a gift card for a detail service and the prestige customer support refused to refund him, w-t-f is that customer service? Recently I went to wash my car on early bird they removed the discount also the towel dryers? The service is getting worst and worst everytime I’m going there. Looks like the old owner knows much more how to take care of customers like this new one.
I was a member for years until recently. The employees have vanished and i found myself paying $44 monthly for a car wash that has been renovating and out of service for a lot of this year 🙁 the towel dryers were also gone before they closed down, if anyone is still working there at all..
I got the bumper to bumper car detailing service for my SUV. They did a great job turning my rims back to chrome from the dingy brownish color they were and removing some paint another car transferred to my bumper. The interior smelled amazing and was 500x better than when I dropped it off. My only issue is that it seems they ran out of steam and stopped at the 3rd row. My cup holders back there were still sticky and under the seats were not cleaned. They also broke the car charger cover and didn’t tell me (just put it in the bag).
I believe this was bought buy another company? It went downhill extremely quick. Went once a week, now I will not be going back. Really a shame.
