We have had our carpets cleaned twice by Rug Kleen. The first time we had very heavy traffic dirt and he went over it 3 times (no extra charge) and the final result was amazing. The second time we had our carpets and tile cleaned. The end product was as good as new. Tom was very professional and friendly both times. He was on time and very expedient.
