We had the pleasure of having Maurice and his assistant Takena come to our home today to clean our 10 year old rugs. Maurice responded quickly to my online inquiry and scheduling was within days. Our rugs look amazing even after 10 years of use. We are thoroughly pleased. Use this company! The service is personal, professional and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation give 5 stars. I was help by Maurice who was very professional, he stayed and contact kept his word and made it on a Saturday to come clean my rugs, he was very fast and did an amazing job. I will be a returning customers other companies gave me the run around. Happy I found whirlwind carpet care service.
Maurice showed up on time and quickly got rid of some staining on stair carpeting and subsequently cleaned up the rugs in the area as well. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.
