I do not recommend this store to anyone. I ordered a laptop from them through Walmart. It’s advertised with an i5 processor, and I’m getting an i3. The box it comes in is worrying. It has holes like handles, and the computer isn’t wrapped to keep it from getting wet or bouncing around in the box.
I’ve used this shop to replace laptop screens before and she’s fast and affordable. Recently, a desktop computer needs to be repaired. After her son failed to repair it herself, she has been unable to figure out what the problem is. When I picked it up, the $400 processor had just been thrown into the case, and I wasn’t happy about it. In the end, it’s just a matter of resetting the new motherboard. To be fair, my son damaged the pins on the processor, but that was easy to fix and the computer is now functional. I doubt I will be back.
