Called for a quick question was put on hold for 15 minutes with nobody checking in called back and the receptionist had no clue what a TDap vaccine was. At the very least basic medical terminology knowledge should be required to work in a doctor’s office. Not friendly, not helping and they have no information. You need competent staff if you want to keep your patients.
Amazing doctor ! I was reading the previous reviews and don’t know why everyone is saying negative things regarding the clinic . I’ve been a patient for a long time at this clinic and they’ve really changed things around . Dr. Ajrouche is a great doctor and he really goes above and beyond to take care of me and make sure everything is well with me . He was the only doctor that picked on my ovarian cysts and saved my mother’s life’s ! There is a bit of a wait at his clinic , but his staff is great and professional. There are not long hold times on the phones , and the costumer service there has improved a lot ! I am really happy that dr Ajrouche is my doctor ! Keep doing what you’re doing doc .
My dad tested for covid-19 on Tuesday and no one informed him about his results until he had to go in on Thursday to ask about his result and the girl on the front desk told him we’re too busy so we had to call on Friday to know and she told me his results after 3 days of testing that’s absolutely not okay. Worst costumer services I highly don’t recommend this place.
I highly recommend!! The staff is nice, and both Dr. Dakhlallah and Dr. Ajrouche are both very well-read and professional in their work day. They make sure to cover all grounds to make sure that you are alright. They go one step further than other doctors, which really goes a long way.
