Customer Reviews:

One customer who visited Introstem Spa said they saw an advertisement on Facebook for an introductory facial and decided to make an appointment. Upon arrival, they were greeted and asked to fill out a form. The shop was clean and inviting, and the esthetician, Sue, wore gloves and a face mask throughout the treatment. The customer said all of the products used during the treatment smelled and felt luxurious, but they were disappointed with the hard sell for skin tightening laser treatment after their facial. Another customer said they had difficulty getting in touch with the spa by phone or on the website to book a return treatment, and that when they called the phone number, it redirected to an Australian number and the voicemail was not set up. They also said they had visited the mall twice to find the spa and that the gates to the mall entrance were locked and closed. The customer said they were frustrated and had to file complaints with the BBB and credit company Cherry to stop paying for services they had not received.
