- Amber Quinter: Ron is a great trainer. He really knows his stuff. I have been training with him for powerlifting and in a shot amount of time my form has improved and I’m lifting heavier weight. He checks in regularly and is willing to spend extra time to make sure you get the full benefit of a workout with him. I would recommend him if you are interested in prepping for a meet or just want to gain strength
- Rachel Clemons: Ron is super supportive and really pushes us to our max. Positive attitude and a genuinely great guy! He checks in with us on our “off” days and even provided us a meal plan and workout plans for days we don’t train with him. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
