This property is surrounded in the back by FDR State Park. And it is located just 2 minutes from downtown Warm Springs, this property has total privacy and is the only one in compliance with the ADA, with direct access to the terrace, bathroom and the first floor of the house.

Tenants can take a free tour of the Roosevelt Institute and for a small fee you can use the gym. The grounds have beautiful places to go for a walk.
This property has a large area to grill a good barbecue or have a picnic.
Other highlights
The property consists of three buildings; the main building, the office/garage and the historic utility room. The servant’s cabin is rented out to a local policeman. He acts as our security guard and keeps our property safe.

Beautiful historic house in a secluded location, but you can actually walk hundreds of meters through the woods to the Little White House. We love that the owners did a modern update but kept the feel of a 1930’s house with vintage furniture and decor. The house is clean and well equipped with enough space for 4 adults. The owners are great too and are always quick to respond to questions and texts. Beth offered to give us an official tour of the house, but unfortunately we didn’t have time during our stay. We hope to come back next summer and then would love to do the tour!
The house is well furnished. It has a long and beautiful history. I think the kids hate leaving more than we do. The host is special and very attentive. I would definitely consider staying again!
I spent the weekend here and really enjoyed my stay. Don’t let the first appearance fool you. The interior is very clean and spacious. We stayed with 7 adult men and enjoyed it very much. Nice fire pit outside and a great porch to sit outside and enjoy nature.
