Let me start by saying that Enrique Carvajal is the laziest and most unprofessional agent I have ever met and I disclosed my policy to him about a year ago as his secretary. I’ve been waiting for him to submit my home insurance application to state. I provided all the required paperwork but he never did and now my old insurance company charges my bank twice. I kept calling him to remind him about it and he kept saying, “Okay, I’ll do it this time.” I complained to the company he called for some reason. Please don’t go to this agent. Very very unprofessional.
I am very impressed with this remedy. He went out of his way to make sure I had the best coverage and price. He has guided me many times in making the best decisions for my family and myself. I highly recommend coming to Enrique’s!
The agent will ask for the documents I send and will try to increase your premium so that he can get a good commission from you even after I send him what he asks for. I got an email from Statefarm saying my premium has increased. I would recommend any proxy other than this
