| My elderly parents hired Rick for estate planning with myself as Trustee for the estate trust. After my mother’s passing, I discovered that Rick had set up numerous LLC’s and a labyrinth trust web that was so complex for their meager estate it was laughable. Also, he had interjected himself into the trusts’ complexity so there was really no way out other than to keep him on through closing out the Estate. Throughout the process, Rick appeared arrogant, overbearing, blustery, and uncooperative. Also, there were many errors – one such instance was in his attempt to clear up a title matter related to my parents’ house he inadvertently recorded documents transferring the neighbor’s house into my parents’ name.
