I can say enough good things about Transmission Magicians. Twice Glen and his team had to repair the torque converter in my 2009 Tahoe, basically fixing the poor quality work done at a previous, nationally branded Transmission Service. Both times the repairs were excellent and they saved me money. Even though we live on the other side of the bay in Baldwin County, their service is definitely worth the drive. My truck drives like new, Thanks Guys!
I love this shop they treated me like a friend from the minute I pulled up asking a milling questions about my vehicle. They are such good people and that’s so hard to find in this field of work.Glenn was a straight forward honest person from the start and he could have totally taken advantage of my situation but he didn’t he helped me understand the problem and gave me a fair price. If I ever need any transmission work ever or any of my family does we will forever take our vehicles here. True to life honest mechanic.
We took our car here after being told by a dealer it needed a transmission these guys quoted us 4500 Dollars cheaper then the dealer AND told us we didn’t even need a new transmission these guys are the ones that’ll shoot you straight and I’ll always go there for any transmission problem thank you guys again for what you do sorry this took so long to post
definitely not your typical mechanic if any kind of shop, that I’m used to seeing anyway. Very clean, and most of the personality of those employed here are very nice. Wayne were always enlightening and just delightful all around.
I was referred here for a potential transmission issue. Randy was awesome!! They got my car in towards the end of the day on Friday so I wouldn’t have to go all weekend and Monday (Labor Day) not knowing what was wrong with my car. Couldn’t have had a better experience, and it turns out the issue wasn’t my transmission. Randy and Transmission Magician are the best! Thank you so much!
I don’t say this about many places but there should be 6 stars. I have many vehicles and all of them have been serviced by Transmission Magicians for the past 23 yrs. Mr. Glenn and his team are the most professional and polite people you’ll ever speak to. Great job on my 1995 Z28,1982 Jeep CJ7 ( Complete transmission rebuild),and 2016 GMC. They make every job personal and not make you feel like just a number. I highly recommend this team to anyone. Use them once and you will be like me and never have to look anywhere else again.
