Dr. Keyvan Shirazi, MD is a board-certified internist in Encino, CA with 20 years of practice.
After completing his medical training at Penn Medicine and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Ph.D. Keyvan Shirazi returned to Southern California to start his internal medicine practice.
Since 2002 Dr. Shirazi serves on the San Fernando Medical Community, where he has hospital privileges at Providence-Cedars Sinai Tarzana Medical Center and Encino Hospital Medical Center. In addition to his private practice at Encino, Dr. Shirazi is the Medical Director of Providence-Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center and is involved in improving the quality of care and serves on the occupancy review committee.

They try to minimize foot traffic in the office and don’t see all the patients in the office. Most patients are cared for through telehealth appointments.
If you must come to the clinic to pick up a report, prescription, or see a doctor in person, please do not enter the clinic without a mask and do not bring any companions.
