I spend a lot of time here and the park for the most part is always clean and the best part is there is 2 gates to enter on the backside instead of the front. The park is right next to the levvee tho which worries me cause it’s possible that it could flood
I’ve lived here for 3 years. I have grandchildren to come and visit. There is no safer place on the planet. Or North Sac Ben Silver Eagle Mobile Home Park. The gates close at 7 p.m. So that the children can play all throughout the park. It is a safe and nice place to live perfect for elderly those starting and making a family. Ron & Teresa the managers are the best. If I ever have a problem they’re always here to help.
The staff is very professional and courteous. A nice place to call home!
Would get 5 stars If it wasn’t for The fact that you lock the gate on the weekend so we can go all the way around every packed in like sardines it’s just not fair pay rent all that good stuff That’s just not fair
I’ve been living here since february and really love this place it’s quiet and safe for the kids too and the management is extremely helpful im happy purchased my mobile home here.
The staff and people are overly nice and it seems like a great community to live at
The only thing I have to complain about is the gate they need to open them on the weekends too 😊😁
