Our daughter Sara has Down syndrome. She has participated in the ABC days since they began. She absolutely loves it there and the staff. They had a respite weekend in October and she stayed the entire weekend. The staff was exceptional and can handle all disability needs. She gets so excited to go and see all her friends. We live here locally in Morton and love that these services are being provided. Otherwise we would have to travel 30 to 60 miles for her to enjoy these things and with both of her parents working that makes it difficult. But we sure would drive an hour to bring her to Alcove!! They are just so loving and such individual attention that you don’t find much of that anymore. We highly recommend Alcove for all of your loved ones needs.
It’s quite rewarding to see the smiles on the faces of the clients during the monthly ABC day (alcove buddy club)… Here the the buddies have a day full of eats, treats, games, activities,and fun… The staff goes above and beyond in planning things that are suitable for clients of all ages and abilities.
Alcove Care has assembled an amazing group of people who are extremely knowledgeable and caring. What they do for special needs people in our community is astonishing. If you have a family member with special needs or know someone who has a special needs person in their family I urge you to give the Alcove Center a call.
What a wonderful atmosphere and full of beautiful caring staff. The administration is top notch as well, planning of engaging activities and great nutritious meals. Every need is seen to in a loving, fun atmosphere.
Working in this wonderful community of ours, I’ve personally been able to get familiar with the safety of this business. They have gone above and beyond to make sure this living area is safe. The people here are very nice and surroundings are comforting, thanks for keeping it in our wonderful community!!!
