Reviews
We recently had to remove our mother from this wonderful assisted living facility for medical reasons. You are the best Pro Medica Charlotte Stephenson! Mum really enjoyed her time here and we appreciate the wonderful and caring atmosphere. The staff kept us updated on mum and cared for her when needed. God bless you. thank you very much!
My mom is a new resident in the storage area. Her move to the Charlotte Stephenson estate is still a work in progress but all the staff are amazing. The admissions team went out of their way to make things easier for us and continued to check in to make sure mom had everything she needed. Since my mom moved in a few weeks ago, I’ve been able to visit her twice. Visiting the vestibule wasn’t exactly like walking in, but it was nice to be able to see and hear them with a window between us. I’m so happy to have a place like this for my mom when she needs it.
