Great service, very knowledgeable. I bought a battery operated stihl chainsaw, battery and charger for $299.00

I’ve been purchasing chainsaw equipment and having my equipment serviced at twin City saw for many years. They do a great job and stand by their work!

Staff was friendly and service was great. I came in to get a 22 year old stihl 400 blower repaired. The turn around time was 2 weeks which they told me before hand. The blower needed a new coil and I didn’t think it was worth the cost so I went in and talked with them about the new products. They gave me the run down, answered all my questions and showed me how to start/use the newer blowers. I ended up buying the 350 and have no regrets. I never felt pressured and overall had a great experience. I will be going back to buy more stihl products.

They did a great job repairing my saws. I trust them to give a fair evaluation whether the equipment is worth repairing or not. I also had some questions about purchasing a new string trimmer, and their recommendation was spot on.

Honest, knowledgeable, and timely repair service. The hourly rate may seem a little spendy but to have the work done right, the first time, when promised, and there is no padding or monkeying around – I recommend Twin City 100% and will absolutely do business there in the future !

These folks are simply the best! Honest and helpful information with genuine care for their customers. They took the time to listen to my questions and answer all of them quite thoroughly. Good old fashion thoughtful service. Can’t say enough about this business. Brava-Bravo!

Great family owned business. I will not bring my business to any other company. The staff is highly educated and caring group of individuals.

The woman working the front desk is very pleasant and knowledgable and goes out of her way to answer my questions and examine my power equipment and make suggestions as to what to replace.
