Harbour Island, also known locally as Briland, is only three miles long and half a mile wide. It is home to the Town of Dunmore, a quaint town that is one of the oldest settlements in the Bahamas. The island’s narrow, steep streets are lined with pastel-coloured houses.
The warm, clear waters surrounding the island offer world-class fishing, diving and boating. Harbour Island’s famous pink sand beaches and colourful coral reefs offer scenic swimming and snorkelling spots.
