Reviews

I went in today because I broke my sunglasses and I’d rather give my money to a small business than a big chain. Unfortunately this service has dropped since my last purchase 3 years ago. I was in the store for almost 5 minutes and not a single staff member greeted me, let alone offered help or tried to sell me anything. I watched them many times on purpose, hoping they would respond to my presence. It’s very frustrating to be ignored when you want to spend a few hundred dollars on a new pair of Oakleys

Terrible service. Bought a defective pair of sunglasses and after 3 phone calls and 2 store visits, was told to contact the manufacturer directly. It is recommended to buy sunglasses online, not here. There is no advantage to the 15% surcharge.
