Spencer came to tow my car to a tire shop but was kind enough to help show me how to put my spare tire on. Spencer was very helpful and kind. Would definitely use them again!!!!
First let’s start with the car sat on the highway all night and after multiple calls the next day they claimed they didn’t know they were suppose to pick it up, the tow was ordered and paid for through roadside assistance. around 9pm. The driver took it to the house, drove it off the flatbed, mind you this is all on blink camera, got home the bumper is hanging, parts are missing and when called they asked for pictures, we sent them then they ignored calls and finally claimed the bumper was already damaged an they had pictures and weren’t doing anything about it. When asked for these supposed pictures we were ghosted again. The car was towed because it kept stalling out and now the bumper needs fixed prior to being able to drive it again. I do not recommend this company to even bring you gas.
I was extremely impressed by the service I received with the Benjamin Brothers. Spencer was timely, communicative, and extremely helpful throughout what is never a fun situation (needing your car towed). Will definitely utilize their services again in the future when I need a tow!
