My husband was left stranded on the side of the highway after getting a flat tire and not having the necessary tools in his van to put on the spare. He called Northern Keystone Towing and Recovery after doing a quick google search, and he couldn’t have found a better service. They responded quickly, found him easily on the highway and was able to assist with changing out the tire. The price for this excellent service was extremely fair, and it was a huge relief for my husband. We HIGHLY recommend this great company, and my husband will keep them on speed dial next time he is in the area.
Kyle was great and loves a challenge. (The first towing company (Hatter’s) refused the job because he said it was impossible). Kyle had the job done within 5 minutes. Great personality, great guy. He also gave biscuits for my puppies to enjoy. I highly recommend Northern Keystone for all your towing needs. Nothing is impossible for them!!
Have to give these guys 5 stars for their service, speed, and communication. Justin was in constant contact keeping me updated on what was happening with the tow of my vehicle which had to go over 150+ miles to home. Marty picked me up when I broke down and was extremley clear about what we would do with the car. They were both very polite and professional thanks to both of them.
