Late Saturday afternoon, Mark and Nate rescued our truck and RV from the highway, then provided the most generous customer service we’ve ever had. amazing!
Becker is awesome! 11/10 Recommended! ! I was hauled to a car dealership late at night and they ended up closing and instead of dropping me off at a hotel or something, the guy took me back and parked my car in their private shop. He put a heater on my car and let it defrost to see if it was just ice covering my sensor. Most importantly, he went out of his way to clean/empty my car and did not charge extra for it. Very impressive!
The company was the only one answering the phone at 4am. -22° freezing temperature, our truck doesn’t want to start anymore. These are the few special people in our lives. You are a true professional at work, giving your clients something extra. We’re cold, tired and hungry, but no one answers our calls, Mark Becker’s car is our angel 😇 helping us through it! God thank you for your help and hospitality to two very grateful people!
