My parents brought their dog here to be cared for. Some wounds became infected. Before this appointment, he had never been cut while grooming, but he had over 5 pretty bad cuts. $1200 in vet bills and a dog that could barely eat and howled. Veterinarians say groomers may recycle the water they use to clean dogs. My mom posted this before and a member of that group humiliated her and you deleted that post. I’m sure the people who run this business are great people because a lot of people come to your defense. Hope our dog is doing well as he is part of our family. I’m sure what happened to the dog was truly an accident and misfortune, but the taunting my mother received for bringing it up was unacceptable. An apology or some sympathy would go a long way!

Took my dog to get his nails trimmed. Rusty hates doing it, and she has a hard time getting her forehead nails done. She’s small but strong, and very wobbly. The guy who did her nails was great! I don’t know her name, she’s upstairs at the registry. She was polite, knowledgeable and seemed patient. Thank you for taking good care of my baby. Hope to see you next time.
