Review 1: “Glad I opted for the short lease. I moved into River Oaks shortly before the new management took over. After they did so our experiences went downhill FAST. Building management allowed pest control entry to my, as well as others, units without prior warning. The ladies at the phones are disrespectful and rarely helpful. During my time here my unit flooded, and was even driven into. The management team didn’t even attempt reach out to make sure us tenants were safe, or in livable conditions. Compensation was never offered. If you’re debating renting at river oaks, RUN!!”
