First call – they pick up the phone but just place it on the table for about 3-5 minutes. I can hear them talking in the background until some lady shouts ‘hang up that phone!’ Second call – same drill, until somebody actually says ‘hello’. I ask if they are open tomorrow. She says ‘no’ and hangs up on me. Totally unprofessional.”
