The shop is clean, the barbers are warm, and it is quite clear that Joe sets the tone so that each client leaves with a positive experience. The barbers are very welcoming. The Barbers met me with ‘Good Morning, Happy New Year, and a genuine smile. The service is excellent the hair cuts are ‘Just the way you like it.’ Every barber in the shop does excellent~designer/precision cuts/trims, etc. As usual, Joe is gentle and kind and he makes sure that I am happy with his services. I always look and feel like a million dollars when I leave Joe’s Barber chair.”

When I tell you I have never had a silk press last 3 weeks and I am completely natural – besides my color- and I don’t use eat on my hair. This was in February and everything was legit. Fast forward to today, I simply book a shampoo/condition, protein treatment and trim. Most stylists can handle this. The lack of professionalism I experienced today has me really skeptical of ever visiting this place again.”

Apart of the detangling method that was used on my hair and the hot steamer that was burning my scalp. My silk press isn’t even really pressed, the ends are poofy and it’s only day 2. I felt as if though I left with more spilt ends then I came in with. The service was okay and i appreciate it but if my texture of hair isn’t something that was used to then it should have been verbally expressed because my hair was not detangled properly from end to root. Everything hurts.”
